Make an OUCH POUCH For Your Day Pack

Planning on going hiking this summer? Or maybe you prefer camping, fishing, swimming or biking?  Whichever activity you decide on, whether it’s one of the above, none of the above or all of the above, make sure to toss in an Ouch Pouch.  That way, you’ll be ready to deal with any scrape, burn, bruise or splinter disaster that comes your way this summer.

      • Sunscreen
      • Insect Repellent
      • Bandages
      • Neosporin or antibiotic ointment
      • Medications for allergies, pain relief, diabetes, etc.
      • Inhaler
      • Travel-size tissues
      • Thermometer
      • Antiseptic wipes
      • Burn ointment
      • Sanitizing hand gel
      • Sunblock Lip Balm
      • Tweezers for splinters

Your fully-packed Ouch Pouch is going to pack a strong punch in the face of scrapes, bumps, and cuts.  It can be as simple as a plastic Ziploc baggie or you can add as many bells and whistles as your heart desires.  As long as it’s packed, stacked and ready to go in your bag, feel free to personalize your portable first aid kit as much or as little as you like.

Have a Safe and Fun-Filled Summer!
